KPKO Terms & Conditions — Transparent, Easy to Understand, and Complete

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between users of the kpko platform (website: kpko.click) and kpko. By using any kpko service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before registering.

Key terms used in this document are defined below:

• Platform — The kpko.click website and all associated digital services.
• User / Player — a person registered on kpko who is using our services.
• Account — A user's personal profile and wallet on kpko.
• Bet — A wager placed on the outcome of a single event.
• Wagering — A requirement to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn.

To open a valid account on kpko, you must provide genuine and accurate information. Registering with false details is a direct violation of our terms and conditions and may result in account closure.

• Each person may register one account only.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, and mobile number accurately at the time of registration.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport must be provided upon request.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.

Please read and understand the following rules before placing any bets on kpko. Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled overs or time, settlement will be based on the official score at the time.
• Results determined by the DL method will be considered official and valid.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error, kpko reserves the right to correct them.

All payment transactions on kpko are governed by the rules below. Contact our support team for any issues.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (mobile banking), ৳5,000 (bank transfer).
• Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals to another person's mobile number or bank account are not permitted.
• KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 2–5 minutes.
• Bank transfers will be processed within 3–24 business hours.
• Any transaction suspected of money laundering will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

Each bonus and promotion on kpko comes with specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is issued only once, at the time of your first deposit.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 30x.
• Winnings from free spin bonuses will be credited to the bonus balance.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period after a bonus is awarded, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated.
• Attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently may result in account termination.

Kpko is a fair and honest platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Betting using match fixing or inside information.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Betting using automated software or bots.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to other players' accounts.

Kpko may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Withdrawals may be held if KYC documents have not been submitted.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• Self-exclusion is available upon request.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) will be flagged as dormant.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed.

Kpko believes gaming should be fun and in control. If any player feels their gaming habits are getting out of hand, we're here to help.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• You can exclude yourself for 7 days, 1 month, or permanently through the Self-Exclusion section.
• Enabling Reality Check will send you periodic reminders of the time you have spent.
• Kpko never encourages problem gambling behaviour.

Kpko reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• Kpko typically aims to resolve disputes within 48 hours.
• For disputes regarding betting outcomes, kpko's system records shall serve as the definitive proof.
• Although these terms are written in Bangla, the English version shall prevail where international law applies.
